Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
• Acquire or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on project construction
• Requirements:
• Should be a Mechanical Graduate or DME
• Knowledge in invoice preparation and related documents.
• Knowledge in letter drafting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
