Resident Architect

Job Description :

Duties:

• Well execute budget control, project planning, progress management and construction supervision
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to government authorities, consultants, contractors, internal departments
• Oversee the contractor's work delivery and make sure it is up to company standard
• Requirements:
• Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent
• Professional qualification in Architecture is mandatory
• Min 2 years of experience as Resident Architect for new development project  
• Be a passionate, creative and presentable.
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and English
