Job Details:

•  Manage and oversee all aspects of food preparation and production.
•  Oversee all staff in ensuring highest food quality standards.
•  Manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors promptly.
•  Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
•  Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes in collaboration with the Junior Chef.
•  Maintain the schedule for kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:

•  Associate Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent customer service skills.
•  Excellent communication and organization skills.
