Job Description :
Duties:
- Responsible to handle IT operations support and incidents
- Provide Tier 1.5 level support on Server related matters before pass to Infrastructure team
- Support IT Manager on different technical projects or technical documentation preparation
- Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5 years or above support or infrastructure experience with Microsoft products, Window Server, Office 365
- Experience in a sizable enterprise is a definite plus.
- Fluency in spoken Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin)
