Job Description :

Duties:

  • Provide support in relation to the structuring and execution of transactions
  • Support conducting business planning, project evaluation, valuation and financial analysis and due diligence on investment projects
  • Conduct market research and investment analysis, profiling of potential acquisition targets, valuation and financial modelling
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance and Accounting 
  • CPA qualified member is a MUST
  • Min. 6 years’ experience in Big 4 M&A team/ commercial M&A/Corporate Finance 
  • Excellence in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
