Job Description :

Duties:

  • Analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports
  • Handle the marketing and leasing matters
  • Handle the marketing and leasing matters of a mixed portfolio of high class Residential, Industrial & Retail premises.
  • Liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in residential and/or industrial premises
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese are required. 
  • EXcellent analytical and communication skills.
