Duties:

• Develop talent acquisition strategy as to attract right talent for the company
• Supervise hiring service from job posting, candidates screening, interviewing, offer tendering to on-boarding
• Be a Partner with country CEO and BU heads to work over job requirements and the needs for the posting
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• HR exposure in hiring Telecom / IT profession or HR executive search firm
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
