  • Promoting Agile values, principles and practices within the teams.
  • Coaching, mentoring and empowering the team.
  • Getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience is required.
  • IT skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good communication Skills.
