Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer in UAE.

Job Detils:

  •  Scheduling interviews through different sources after initial screening of candidate.
  •  Maintaining Recruitment MIS for selected candidates till on boarding with regular follow up with all   locations.
  •  Monitor the cost of wages paid and various related statutory compliance.
  •  Ensure process of appraisal is followed and closed as per company policy.
  •  Drive HR agenda to manufacturing units.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
