Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Secretary in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients.
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
- Logging bills or expenses.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Valid Saudi Driving License.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
