Treasury Manager - Real Estate

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare monthly treasury reports, consolidation of forecasts, and other routine reports
• Monitor daily treasury functions including but not limited to cash flow management & loan administration etc.
• Negotiate with banks on loans and review all bank documentation
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent with HKICPA/ACCA or relevant qualification
• Minimal 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4 and real estate industry
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese & English
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
