Duties:

• Delivering the Group's talent planning roadmap as you are expected to design effective & innovative programs for current employees.
• Assist in Developing and adopting relevant assessment tools during the recruitment process.
• Lead a small team in collaborating with each business division on their talent strategies.
• Requirements:
• Degree holder in HR Management/ Organisation Development/ Psychology.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience and a track record of management
• Hands on designing and driving talent programs.
• Good communication skills and smartness.
