Group Accountant - Conglomerate

Job Description :

Duties:

• Analyze statutory financial statements of subsidiaries
• Liaise and coordinate interim and annual audits with auditors
• Prepare reports for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors
• Give support in managing ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
• HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications needed
• 8 years of relevant experiencewith audit firm / sizable companies
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
