Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Roms Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Monitoring special requests from Guestware and Elite Guests profiles on a daily basis.
•  Answering incoming phone calls directed toward the Front Desk and resolving the call inquiries.
•  Checks printed registration cards against information on arrival report and rectifies any discrepancies.
•  Keeps track of rooms to ensure accurate status and readiness for check-in.
•  Aid guests in locating other areas of the hotel (walk them to destination if possible).
•  Familiarity with parking validation procedures and Good Night’s rest policy.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
•  Excellent customer service skills.
