Job Description :

Duties:

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or in writing with courtesy and efficiency
  • Support supervisors on customer feedback reports and other ad-hoc projects
  • Execute investigations and work closely with relevant parties in resolving disputes and drawing up replies to customers, regulatory bodies and external parties
  • Highlight main issues for management review and service improvement
  • Requirements:
  • HKCEE/DSE/Diploma holder
  • 2-3 years of experience on customer service fields preferably with experience in complaint handling
  • Proficiency in written & Oral of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
