Job Description :
Duties:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or in writing with courtesy and efficiency
- Support supervisors on customer feedback reports and other ad-hoc projects
- Execute investigations and work closely with relevant parties in resolving disputes and drawing up replies to customers, regulatory bodies and external parties
- Highlight main issues for management review and service improvement
- Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE/Diploma holder
- 2-3 years of experience on customer service fields preferably with experience in complaint handling
- Proficiency in written & Oral of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
