Job Details:

Answer calls.
Organize informations.
No record of absences without leave.
Handle any concern or complaint a customer may have.
Ensuring First time resolutions for customers where possible.
Escalating concerns where a resolution is not reached to the appropriate team.

Job Requirements:

Minimum one year experience is required.
IT Skills.
Preferably College Graduate.
Good communication Skills.
