A leading Company Looking for an experienced Support Engineer in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

• Attend customer meetings regarding issues, projects or maintenance contract works.
• Create reports concerning customer issues, projects, and maintained services, operation design as and when required.
• Work on-site at customer premises as an integral part of their team from time to time.
• Proactively ensuring that all clients receive exceptional customer service during all contact with the command and   control centre.
• Working on your own and as part of a team to service incidents through to completion, recognising when escalation is   required for the quickest resolution for the client.
• Providing clients with continual and regular updates throughout the management of their incidents.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
