A leading Company Looking for an experienced Data Analyst in Trivandrum,Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Analysing live data and spotting trends.
  • Making suggestions based on data analysed to improve efficiencies and conversion rates within the contact centre.
  • Providing descriptive, diagnostic and prescriptive analysis to internal teams.
  • Identify, design and implement internal process improvements; automating manual processes and optimising data   delivery.
  • Deliver updates to stakeholders based on analytics.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • B-Tech Holder.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
