Job Details:

  •  Provide HR reporting on a monthly basis to the business leaders, and translate the data into meaningful   plans to act upon.
  •  Maintain and control budgets for the regional Human Resources function.
  •  Provide HR reporting on a monthly basis to the business leaders, and translate the data into meaningful   plans to act upon.
  •  Oversee the delivery of on-boarding training, life-cycle and refresher training for the region.
  •  Work in conjunction with the global HR team with, employee engagement, succession planning,   performance reviews, compensation and Employee well-being.
  •  Champion the culture - innovate a transformational growth and high performance culture.

Job Requirements:

  •  A degree, or professional qualification in Human Resources (Masters is preferred).
  •  Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Seven years experience in same field.
  •  Strong knowledge of labour laws in EU countries.
