Job Description :

Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma (minimum)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer/sales service(Japanese Electronic Industry is preferred)
  • SAP operation experience is preferred
  • Good command over written and spoken English, Chinese Mandarin & Japanese 
  • Proficiency in MS Office
