Job Description :

Duties:

  • Make sure, the customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.
  • Lead a team and manage subcontractors for the maintenance / projects, T&C works
  • Supervise and monitor site works / progress
  • Requirements:
  • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Electrical / Building Service Engg or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years project / maintenance service experience in construction / building service / HVAC
  • Experience in Air-conditioning and Dry Fire Service sector
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Familiarity with FSD regulation is preferred
