Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Estimate the project cost, and make the budget.
  •  Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction.
  •  Supervise, develop and mentor project staff, if applicable.
  •  Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades.
  •  Prepares and distributes delay notices to owner and architect per contract conditions.
  •  Provides up-to-date input on all project quantities and units.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field. 
  •  Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Strong contract and cost management skills.
