A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Procurement of subcontractors.
• Prepare and present project cost reports.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
