A leading Company Looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Proactively ensuring that all clients receive exceptional customer service during all contact with the command and   control centre.
• Working on your own and as part of a team to service incidents through to completion, recognising when escalation is   required for the quickest resolution for the client
• Providing clients with continual and regular updates throughout the management of their incidents.
•  Identifying trends in issues, research, diagnosing and troubleshooting on Linux, Windows and Mac OS.
• Resolving network issues (physical and Virtual).
• Configurating operating Systems (Linux, Windows, Mac).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
