A leading Company Looking for an experienced Compliance Manager in Calicut,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Manage their direct reports through appraisals, performance management / absenteeism & communication briefs.
• Training and development of teams (direct teams and site teams).
• Product Launches on time and meeting of the customers expectation.
•  To promote and develop technical service competency and continuously challenge and improve technical operational   effectiveness.
• Develop initiatives which enhance the manufacturing operation through reduced costs and improved quality particularly   in areas such as process monitoring & control. 
• Ensure successful new product introduction into Site, delivering compliance to product specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
