Senior It Specialist / Asst Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Design and manage corporate network, internet access network and remote access network for reliable and secure operations
• Provide technical support on both hardware, software and network problem
• Oversee the performance of existing systems and recommend improvement
• Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Studies/Science or related disciplines
• 4 years of experience in IT technical support
• Experience in O365, VMware, POS and AD is a plus
• Good command in both English and Cantonese
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
