Job Description :

Duties:

  • Offer training and coaching to the team to ensure the service standard & grooming in line with brand guidelines
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management review
  • Well manage the manpower and prepare the duty roster
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experiences in retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command over spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent supervising skills.
