Job Description :

Duties:

Provide First tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
Cross over different IT projects to further develop the IT skills for future career development
Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology / Computer related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferable
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
I.T Certificates holders will be preferred.
