Job Description :
Duties:
- Establish business plan and implement with merchandising team to achieve company sales target
- Lead and manage merchandising teams stationed in Dongguan
- Oversee stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
- Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in sweater merchandising
- Technical knowledge in Sweaters and Yarns especially in Cashmere
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent managerial skills.
