Job Description :

Duties:

  • Facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaption.
  • Perform with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog and prepared for execution.
  • Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement. Manage inter-dependencies between agile teams.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a project team member or in agile software development
  • Knowledge of agile principles and concepts.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
