Job Description :
Duties:
- Analyze and implement HR policies, procedures and practices
- Perform full spectrum HR Duties include but not limited to provide manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff development, staff relations and compensation and benefits.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions inclusive manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff development, staff relations, compensation and benefits etc.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources
- Minimum 4-5 years of related working experience is required
- EXcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a smart and presentable person always.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
