Duties:

  • Analyze and implement HR policies, procedures and practices
  • Perform full spectrum HR Duties include but not limited to provide manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff development, staff relations and compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions inclusive manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff development, staff relations, compensation and benefits etc.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources
  • Minimum 4-5 years of related working experience is required
  • EXcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a smart and presentable person always.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
