Factory Production Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Supervise the daily operation of the production line, production plan, quality
• Well manage the operation of a factory of 2000 employees
• Improve the efficiency of the production line and achieve the daily output target
• Provide guidance and training to Technicians and Line leaders
• Requirements:
• Min 10 years of solid plant operation experience, at least 5 years in management experience
• Be familiar with swimwear or lingerie operation
• Good  analytical and communication skills
• Able to speak and write Chinese & English
• Excellent managerial skills needed.
