A leading Company Looking for an experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Making sure all the details provided are correct.
• Explain products and services in detail.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet and do an ocular visit for qualified clients.
• Obtain or verify customer information, including address, phone number and other relevant information.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
