Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Production Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Ensure accurate reporting of productivity results against budgeted targets.
• Supervise and motivate staff and complete Shift Manager Reviews.
• Supervise all subordinate staff covering motivation, morale and performance.
• Oversee that discipline is maintained within the shift.
• Develop Shift Managers to manage and control their individual areas of responsibility through development.
• Liaise with the Engineering team to maintain maximum productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
