Duties:

Plan, implement the company's marketing, branding, and marketing communications, through inhouse as well as external agency efforts.
Develop, Plan and Deliver Programs and Services
Monitor Financial Management of the Department
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
10-15 years of relevant experience in creative filed including planning, demonstrating
Proficiency in Chinese and English.
Excellent planning and organizing skills
