Job Description :

Duties:

Review customer behaviour to identify trend and provide actionable insights.
Review the business performance with gap analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Offer regular forecast and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information system or related discipline
Min 3 - 5 years working experience in consumer insight / data analytics
Good knowledge in SQL programming
Proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
