Regional Trainer - Beauty / Skincare

Job Description :

Duties:

• Deliver Train-the Trainer workshops on products, sales techniques, sales coaching, beauty therapy, management and training skills
• Enact a retail mindset and support the assessment of frontline sales and follow up of KPIs.
• Well manage and update training materials on shared drive.
• Requirements:
• Applicant must be a Degree holder
• Proven track record in training delivery in luxury retail industry
• Beauty therapy and SPA management experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
