Job Description :

Duties:

  • Responsible for treasury and financing and maintain good relationship with banks
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide weekly updates on projects/investments for management
  • Monitor all accounting and finance functions for the business.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
  • Must hold HKICPA/ACCA/CFA
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property development/ investment
  • Good understanding of the China market.
