General Manager - Factory

Job Description :

Duties:

• Plan, implement and monitor work flows, production systems and processes in a sizeable factory operation
• Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
• Oversee the systems and procedures for efficient cost and quality control
• Requirements:
• 10 years relevant experience in garment manufacturing industry, on which at least 5 years in running cotton knitted factory 
• Expertise in machineries, production and operations management
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word processing
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
