A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Responsible for inbound and outbound calling.
  • Assists customer with their issues through phone calls, chats and mails.
  • Understands the query and resolve them within the defined TAT.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
