Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Oversee food quality, presentation, menu execution, food preparation.
  •  Plan, direct and assist in the preparation and design of existing and new menu items.
  •  Trains and works alongside cooks to ensure quality, speed, safety and health standards are consistently   met.
  •  Requisitions and apportions food items and utilizes food surpluses to control food costs.
  •  Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are enforced, and taught when necessary.
  •  Set performance standards and monitor them regularly.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field. 
  •  Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  •  Good communication and personal skills.
