Job Details:

• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully   \professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of the team engaged in the   operations of the department.
• Ensure that the beverages prepared and served in the assigned area are according to standard.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
•   IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
