Procurement Manager (non-it/marketing)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Recognize market trends and monitor market intelligence
• Perform with business units to review budget and performance
• Conduct spend analysis and market research
• Lead the team to perform sourcing activities
• Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in procurement
• Knowledge in Non-IT category (eg: corporate services, marketing, media buying, etc.)
• Good command over both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Chartered membership of HKIS/ RICS/ CIPS is preferable.
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
