Job Description :
Duties:
- Analyze food safety & quality management system
- Enhance the internal quality & compliance evaluation
- Ensure frontline staff comply with food hygiene requirement
- Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma, preferably in Food Science / Nutrition or related discipline
- 10 years experience in F&B industry with 5 years at supervisory/managerial level
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills needed.
