Job Description :
Duties:
- Responsible for day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of in-house technicians and contractors
- Perform maintenance work for plumbing and drainage system in Pacific Place.
- Well handling tenancy fitting-out and other major improvement works.
- Requirements:
- Certificate in Building Services or equivalent
- Knowledge in written English, fluent in Cantonese
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent supervising skills needed.
- Be a smart and presentable person.
