Job Details:

•  Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
•  Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
•  Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
•  Knowledge of Sunday River services, products, and policies is essential.
•  Provides current and accurate information about the resort and all products.
•  Continually maintain music system throughout the property.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Proven strong organization and planning skills.
•  Effective verbal and written communication skills.
