Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
• Acquire or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on project construction
• Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Good command over spoken & written English and Cantonese
• 3+ years of experience in delivering pre and/or post contract Quantity Surveying services
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
