Job Description :

Duties:

• Assist with covering broad ranging corporate and commercial, as well as regulatory matters in both local & overseas/cross-border context.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and providing advice to support company policies, structure and fresh business initiatives.
• Requirements:
• Applicant must be a qualified lawyer
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Combined TMT, general commercial and regulatory experience preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
