Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Rooms Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Organize and plan site rooms and suites Sales and Housekeeping.
  •  To have a thorough understanding of hotel occupancy trends.
  •  Communicate room availability and other information with Housekeeping department.
  •  Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
  •  Communicates all special requests to Housekeeping.
  •  Check for duplicate reservations on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Excellent guest service skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
