Senior Finance Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
• Develop compliance and internal control framework
• Lead the overall accounting operations and reporting duties for the Greater China region
• Requirements:
• Degree holder and Big 4 qualification
• Minimum 12 years of controllership and reporting experiences
• Excellence in HK listed company experiences is mandatory
• Good command in written and verbal English and Chinese
• Knowledge in IFRS, HK and PRC accounting & taxation policies
